DENVER, CO – May 31, 2007
Ping Identity today announced it has been named a finalist in The 2007 American Business Awards, the only national, all-encompassing awards program honoring great performances in business. Finalists were selected from more than 2,000 entries from companies of all sizes and in virtually every industry. Ping Identity is a finalist in the Best Product Development Team category. Winners will be announced June 11, 2007 in New York City.
A market leader in the Identity Management industry, Ping Identity’s flagship product PingFederate delivers standards-based single sign-on to online services for employees, customers and business partners. Ping identity’s software development team consists of 30 members in Denver and Europe. In 2006, the team delivered 11 product releases across three product lines, issued updates to five adapter/bridging components, and produced six new toolkits. All in all, the team delivered 22 virtually bug-free releases in one year with no schedule slips.
“The American Business Awards’ recognition is a direct reflection of how successful Ping Identity has been at product conception, development and delivery,” said Andre Durand, CEO, Ping Identity Corporation. “Our international development team consistently brings competitive advantage to the company and to our customers with product capabilities, quality and ease of use that eclipse the competition.”
“Being named a finalist in The American Business Awards is an important achievement,” said Michael Gallagher, founder and president of The Stevie Awards. “It means that independent business executives have agreed that the nominee is worthy of national recognition. We congratulate all of the Finalists on their achievement and wish them well in the competition.”
